Provision of air crew and aviation staff
Aviatrax's is long established in crew recruitment and leasing, where one of it's principals is a retired airline captain and a seasoned aviator with over 10,000 flying hours and extensive world-wide experience in aircraft up to and including B-747-400.
The company participates with various clients (AOC's and executive jet owners) to provide off-shore and on-shore manpower and crew solutions, from the selection process and training, establishing work contracts and managing the finances. Depending on the need of the client the company also participates in the ongoing crew management including their finances, expenses and per diem. In addition to the flight deck crew solutions the company also provides aviation executives, training managers, training staff (including TRI/TRE/CRI/CRE's) and other aviation related staff.
Placement Services and Systems
Seeking and selecting the candidates and screening against the client criteria. Using a mixture of word-of-mouth, online ads, database search and direct mail to get the job postings out. The candidates that are selected will be briefed on terms and conditions of the work and the work agreement.
Contracts and Compliance
Constantly monitoring terms and conditions and participating in resolving any disagreement that may arise. Advising the clients on the effects of the contents of the contracts and how best to proceed in different scenarios. Deadlines, extensions, terminations and other communication regarding the specifics of the contracts are managed.
Finance and Administration
Finances are setup in such a way that the workforce gets paid on time. Normally, the clients transfer a Security Deposit of one month plus the notice period and thereby a very healthy relationship is created with both the workforce and the clients. The accounting team provides the clients with updated information on status of everything finance-related and constantly monitors the work performed to make sure invoicing is correct. Banking operations in Europe with internationally recognized and respected banks. Currency can be EUR, GBP or USD.
The fees are simple: Flat Management Fee per work contract per commenced month in addition to the remuneration for the contractor/specialist. Irrespective of how much administrative work is involved. There is no extra charge for every little thing like many competitors do resulting most of the time in higher fees.
